REFUND POLICY

ALL ABOUT REFUNDS


TRIAL LICENSE

After signing up you get a limited product license. The free trial is valid for 30 days, with the exception of 'DataBridge for SuperOffice' of which the trial does not have a time limit, only limits in functionalities. 
We want to provide you with the opportunity to test our products in your own business environment and to get to know our product well before you make your decision about subscription. For your trial period, you will be asked to enter your credit card details, however no charge will be made. Three days before the trial period expires we will contact you by email. During the trial period you can cancel at any time. Free trials are applicable to new customers only.

PAID SUBSCRIPTION

Once you decide to subscribe, we need you to provide your credit card details and subscription period – however, we will not charge you immediately after submitting your details, but upon the end of your free trial. We do not offer refunds on already processed payments – this policy is the same for all customers – and you are responsible for all charges in your subscription.


CANCELING THE LICENSE

You can cancel your license at any time in the Control Panel under Account tab. After canceling, your license(s) will continue to work for the remaining subscription period. Credit from previous payments will be lost and is not refundable.
